What I actually do

I work where software complexity becomes organizational friction.

Scaling is rarely a traffic problem. It is a change problem: too many dependencies, unclear boundaries, teams waiting on each other, and platforms that technically work while every modification gets harder.

My work is to make those systems understandable and evolvable without interrupting the business that depends on them.
