Where I help
I help organizations evolve complex systems without stopping the business. That usually means clarifying domain boundaries, reducing architectural friction, modernizing platforms incrementally, and aligning software structure with the way teams actually work.
My work is especially useful when a company is growing, integrating after an acquisition, moving toward cloud or microservices, or trying to scale delivery without creating more chaos.

The goal is not to redesign everything. The goal is to identify where complexity is blocking change, define practical architectural moves, and make the platform easier to understand, evolve, and scale.
